Refund policy

We love our customers. Seriously.  And we want the feeling to be mutual!  We want to make your experience with us a memorable one.
We will accept returns on all ready-to-ship items up to 30 days from the date that you receive your package.  If you don't love it, please contact us at Trina@thegreensnail.com to request a return*.   


Returns/Refunds:

  1. Email us at Trina@thegreensnail.com and let us know you'd like to do a return. We'll need your order # or the email address used to place the order plus details on what item you're returning. Within 48 hours, we'll provide authorization for your return.

  2. Ship back the item.  Please mail the package within 30 days of receipt of instructions to be eligible for a full refund.

  3. Receive your refund. Once we receive the returned item (in the original condition) we will credit your original payment method minus shipping charges.

* We are unable to accept returns on custom items (from clothing you provided to us).  Please let us know why you are unhappy and we'd be happy to work together with you to make things right.
